Things in Midian, Tennessee are just going straight to hell. Demons rise, allies fall, and some prepare to make the ultimate sacrifice.

review

Yikes.

Now.  This volume of the Southern Watch series is perhaps not the gross-fest we have seen in previous books.  But make no mistake – there is evil in these pages.  Coldly calculating.  Hypocritically malevolent.  And some of it?  It’s going to make you flinch.

The complementary story lines, the final cut off and then that final chapter?  This is a cracking addition to the series.

Things are building.  The end is coming.

I, for one, look forward to seeing how that is going to play out.

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
