Beard Science.jpgMake a deal with the devil and you might get what you want, but will it be what you need?

Jennifer Sylvester wants one thing, and that one thing is NOT to be Tennessee’s reigning Banana Cake Queen. Ever the perpetual good girl and obedient daughter, Jennifer is buckling under the weight of her social media celebrity, her mother’s ambitions, and her father’s puritanical mandates. Jennifer is officially desperate.

And desperate times call for Cletus Winston.

Cletus Winston is a puzzle wrapped in a mystery covered in conundrum sauce, and now he’s in a pickle. Despite being convinced of his own omniscience, extortion by the exalted Banana Cake Queen of Green Valley has taken him completely by surprise. So… what’s a maniacal mastermind to do?

Likely, the last thing you expect.

‘Beard Science’ is the third book in the Winston Brothers series, is a full-length romantic comedy novel, and can be read as a standalone.

She’s back. Boy, is she back.

If you are a fan of Penny Reid, and the Winston Boys, then you will no doubt have been waiting to read about Cletus and his famous sausage.  And I am absolutely delighted to report that I don’t think that you will be disappointed.  At all.

Have you ever read a book where you just couldn’t get enough of the story.  That you didn’t want to end?  That you wanted to be real, just so you could meet everyone?  This is one of those books.

Cletus and Jenn are written with unique voices which are very different to each other, but which also are very complementary.  This just clicks.  As a love story, as a couple, as a story about family, and it is a book that I have no doubt I will return to again and again.

I received a copy in exchange for an honest review.
