review

I’m not going to beat about the bush here.  This book is glorious.  One of those very special books which transports you to another world, and cocoons you within there, so you cant hear the outside world trying to intrude.  Until you are rudely ejected when you run out of words.

And then you may be left with a book hangover.  Particularly with this ending which is particularly evil.  And yet it was right for the story.  My problem now is that I have to wait for the next book. And I’m nervous about it, because it has a lot to live up to.

Ms Mellow has created characters with wonderful chemistry and relationship development and has managed, whilst dealing with the drama unfolding, to maintain realistic and often wryly humorous interactions.  Simply put, I loved this book.
